Ali is a registered dietitian with a passion for nutrition’s role in supporting one’s health and well-being. Ali has a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health specializing in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. She has worked in various areas, including population health, lifestyle medicine, oncology, sports nutrition, and behaviour change research. She has co-authored over ten peer-reviewed journal articles and two book chapters and continues to enjoy an active role in research. Ali takes a client-centered approach and enjoys empowering and supporting people to find effective and sustainable nutrition strategies.
