Nikki graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Food Nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian, she has experience providing individualized and group counselling in clinical, community and sport performance settings.
Her passion is translating her love of food and sport into practical and evidence informed nutrition that supports athletic performance.
She takes pride in taking a collaborative approach with clients to find sustainable diet and lifestyle interventions that support maximizing health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, she splits her time between the gym and relaxing at home with her husband and orange tabby. She grew up playing various endurance sports including soccer, field hockey, track and field, and cross country. She transitioned to strength sports in university and quickly fell in love with the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. She has had the honor of representing the province of British Columbia a national level.
